    BLOCK CLASSES:

    Kettlebells are The BLOCKS primary tool! You’ll learn how to use this old school tool to gain strength through your whole body and finish with an intense conditioning work-out! You will burn fat & gain muscle in a fun and encouraging environment. 

    BOXING & BELLS:

    We've combined our Block Class with the cardio of Boxing. We use Aqua Bags, which are easier on your joints & we provide the gloves. This is a huge calories burner class and so much fun!
